At Ol Gaboli, your wellbeing is incredibly important to us. We work with trained local guides and take every reasonable precaution to ensure your experience is both safe and memorable. That said, being in the bush — walking, climbing, or sleeping under the stars — comes with inherent risks.
By staying with us and joining any of our activities, including fly camping, walking safaris, or vehicle-based excursions, you acknowledge that we operate in remote areas where medical facilities may be limited and where terrain, wildlife, and weather can present unpredictable challenges.
By checking in using this form, you accept these risks as part of the adventure and agree not to hold Ol Gaboli, its staff, or partners liable for incidents beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, accidents, delays, or unforeseen costs that may arise during your stay.
This release must be filled for each individaul in your group. It is a requirement of our terms and conditions that all guests have suitable travel and medical insurance in place before arrival. We also require medical evacuation cover. We can arrange cover from our partner if you don't already have it.
Thank you for staying with us and supporting the Ilmotiok Community.
The majority of your drives will happen on land owned by Mpala Research Centre who have kindly partnered with the community to allow us to drive on their land. You must read and acknowledge their disclaimer below.
